Revolutionizing user interaction with mobile devices is a major focus for our organization.

As a key player in our growth team, you will be responsible for scaling user acquisition for our Mode Earn App and other projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize growth through performance-driven campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across core paid channels.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Discover and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads.
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or gaming environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets, and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular.
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
