Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless management and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent collections, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new tenants.
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on property transactions, including invoices and payments.
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ability to create effective strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in all tasks.
