Job Title: Electrical Estimator

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction.

As an experienced Electrical Estimator, you will analyze blueprints and technical documentation to generate accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed estimates, bid submissions, and profit plans for electrical projects.

  • Reviewing and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

  • Assembling organized and accurate estimates and proposals for design-build and construction projects.

  • Soliciting, analyzing, and negotiating competitive quotes from trades and suppliers.

  • Maintaining and updating records of unit rates and standard pricing.

  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project details and ensure alignment.

  • Compiling budgets for general expenses and overheads.

  • Tracking and managing project changes and documenting cost impacts.

  • Supporting project execution by providing technical input and cost-effective solutions.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of estimating and project planning processes.
