Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor to join our team. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting remote inspections using the SGS QiiQ technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute remote inspections in line with the Inspection Job Order (IJO), Initial Assessment Form (IAF), Quality System procedures, and/or any other applicable documents/manuals.
  • Support the PCA team by conducting inspections efficiently upon request from IC coordinators or PCA Analysts.
  • Verify that all information provided for inspection execution is complete.
  • Comply with inspectors' manuals, contract instructions, IAF, and IJO for inspection execution.
  • Report inspection results using the standard TFS Inspection Report form.
  • Submit inspection reports on time according to deadlines provided by KPI.
  • Report any risk detected during the inspection process to the Inspection Coordinator.
  • Carefully use tools and materials provided by the company for inspection execution.
  • Report any deviation from standard procedures defined in the inspector's manual, IJO, IAF, SGS Policy, SGS Ethic Code, and any other mandatory document applicable to TFS.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience executing inspections.
  • Knowledge of specific product industries or technician/professional level is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Decisive, assertive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Fookien. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
