Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business units, ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports, leave credits monitoring, 13th month computation, final pay computation, timekeeping accuracy, familiarity with labor standards, compensation and benefits processing, and remittance payments monitoring.
  • Employee Relations: Handling corrective actions based on company policy, documenting incidents, conducting exit interviews, and monthly reporting to Head Office.
  • Recruitment and Replacement: Replacing turnover within seven days, handling recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
