HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Republic Gas Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of payroll, timekeeping, and employee relations.

• Payroll Management: Accurately and timely prepare payroll reports, monitor leave credits, and compute 13th month and final pay.
• Timekeeping: Ensure accuracy in time records and familiarity with labor standards and computations.
• Employee Relations: Handle corrective action processes based on company policy, document incidents, and conduct exit interviews.
• Recruitment: Assist in replacement turnover within 7 days.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
