Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Wind Farm projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale renewable energy projects, with expertise in managing all phases from planning and execution to completion. This role requires a leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, ensure project milestones are met, and navigate the technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of wind farm development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Wind Farm projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Wind Farm projects or large-scale renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of wind farm operations, construction, and project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
The Project Manager in the renewable energy sector is responsible for the overall management of projects. They plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages, from initial study to operational service of installations. Additionally, they ensure compliance with environmental standards, financial profitability of projects, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job activities
Project planning and monitoring: Development of a detailed plan, identification of objectives, key stages, resources, and timelines.
Resource management: Allocation and optimization of human, financial, and material resources for the project.
Team coordination: Supervision of multidisciplinary teams involved in various aspects of the project.
Risk management: Identification, evaluation, and proactive management of risks associated with the project.
Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations in the renewable energy field.
Communication and negotiation: Interaction with stakeholders, negotiations with suppliers and partners.
Financial oversight: Budget control, cost monitoring, and optimization of project expenses.
Reporting and documentation: Preparation of periodic reports on project progress and achievement of set objectives.

Required skills

Proficiency in renewable energy and associated technologies.
Advanced project management skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage risks effectively.
