Job Summary:

The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing personnel schedules, identifying workforce concerns, and preparing analysis reports. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage personnel schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  2. Identify workforce concerns, collect relevant data, and analyze trends.
  3. Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements, reducing expenses and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate records, including CS KPIs and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in workforce management, preferably with forecasting, scheduling, and staffing expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in various systems and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities.
