Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our Partner Success team, supporting the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across various products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages. They will report to the VP of Partner Success and focus on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Strategy: Develop and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Partner Enablement - Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within our organization.
  • Partner Growth - Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
