ServiceNow Portfolio Management Lead

As a leader in ServiceNow implementation, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of the SPM module, from conceptualization to delivery. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions within the SPM framework.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide leadership and guidance to developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the SPM module will also be an essential part of your role, as will coordinating with support teams as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions within the SPM framework
  • Provide leadership and guidance to developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions
  • Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
