Job Title Overview

This role involves creating and executing training initiatives that impact the organization's different facets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building virtual relationships, analyzing training trends, and developing strategies to enhance training performance.

A key aspect of this position is creating dynamic train-the-trainer session videos and presentations, uploading and updating training materials, and responding to emails from internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging content and processes that improve the training experience within the organization.
  • Assessing functional job tasks and setting daily operational goals.
  • Training others to align curriculum with high standards.
  • Developing effective training strategies for partners.
  • Conducting training observations and providing feedback.
  • Collaborating with the training leadership team to shape and execute training strategies.
  • Nurturing and growing partner relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Two or more years in a customer-facing role like sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Open to working a rotating schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Self-discipline, resourcefulness, and ability to contribute constructively in a remote team environment.

Work Environment: This is an in-office position during 8 am–5 pm EST.
