Job Title: Training Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering impactful training programs to new hires, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Main Objectives:
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to new hires prior to endorsement.
  • Provide timely coaching and support in specific areas.
  • Set clear training expectations and provide an overview of the training flow.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative training ideas and delivery methods.
  • Identify and address training needs and challenges faced by trainees.
  • Participate in program evaluation and monitor agent performance.
  • Compile detailed training reports and maintain accurate training documentation.
  • Attend key meetings, calibrations, and conference calls as required.

This role demands excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, preferably in a call center setting.

Qualifications:
  • College graduate or equivalent degree.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year work experience in training and development.

The successful candidate will possess competencies in data management, training, teaching, presentation skills, coaching, counseling, and mentoring, as well as effective communication skills.
