
Total Rewards Strategist

This role is for a strategic leader who can drive the design, implementation and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of total rewards and be able to influence stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs: Develop structures and policies that are financially sound, market-aligned, and legally compliant.
- Lead incentive planning: Oversee performance bonus and productivity incentive programs to drive motivation and results.
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis: Evaluate market data, trends, and internal metrics to ensure competitive positioning.
- Manage annual reviews: Support salary planning cycles, employee communications, and decision-making tools for line managers.
- Partner with business units: Provide expert advice to HR teams and leaders on compensation strategies and program enhancements.
- Modernize benefits: Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service quality.
- Support budgeting: Collaborate with Finance and HR Operations on staff cost forecasts, modeling, and system support.
- Deliver HR insights: Analyze complex data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions across the organization.
- A Master's degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- A strong analytical mindset with expertise in total rewards, data analytics, and HR frameworks.
- A collaborative partner who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Able to navigate complex systems, manage vendors, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- A leadership role in shaping the employee experience.

- Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation and strategic workforce planning.
