Job Opportunity: Tax Return Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented professional to assist our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in preparing tax returns for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, be proficient in tax laws and regulations, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CPA to prepare and review tax returns for businesses and individuals
  • Assist in communicating with clients to address their tax-related inquiries and concerns
  • Manage client data and ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns
  • Apply knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide expert guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Active PTIN required or ability to obtain prior to tax season
  • Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as Intuit products
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations
