We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at IHI Philippines, Inc. (IPI). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HR department, managing recruitment processes, preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, facilitating employee training and development, handling payroll, and monitoring attendance and leave.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employees and daily operations of the human resources department and maintain HR systems and processes
  • Manage the recruitment and preparation of employment contracts
  • Maintain employee records
  • Facilitate training and development for the organization
  • Handle payroll including monitoring of attendance & leave
  • Facilitate performance reviews and appraisals
  • Oversee and review compensation and benefits for employees

  • Review the IPBR (IHI Philippines Business Rule) related to human resources and update it
