About the Role

The Officer, Compliance & Administration plays a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes preparing and tracking HR templates, monitoring and applying employment-related permits and licenses, and ensuring proper records and documentation are kept and filed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

A college degree and minimum one year experience in the casino/hotel industry are preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly are essential.
