We are seeking a skilled estimator to analyze architectural, structural, and MEP plans. The ideal candidate should have experience in fire sprinkler system estimation.

The role involves estimating fire sprinkler systems accurately and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting plans, preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with stakeholders, utilizing specialized software, and generating project documentation.

  • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans for fire sprinkler design and estimation
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Utilize specialized software and tools to create and maintain project estimates
  • Generate and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets

Requirements include proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, experience in fire sprinkler system estimation, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required tools include Autosprink, Word, Excel, and PDF Viewer. Benefits of the role include working full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST, working from home, and a competitive salary.
