Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering HMO and Group Life Insurance for the 3 centers, ensuring seamless enrollment, deletion, and updates of policyholders.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for C&GO concerns, addressing expense reimbursement queries, and facilitating resolution.
  • Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including regular pay runs, separate runs, and expat payroll, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Providing timely responses to payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring employee satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll system records, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out of new hires and resigned employees.
  • Ensuring HRIS data quality and accuracy, undertaking necessary actions to rectify discrepancies or errors.
  • Calculating and uploading leave credits for new hires and resigned employees, guaranteeing compliance with company policies.
  • Precisely preparing headcount, attendance, overtime analysis, and payroll-related reports, catering to diverse team requirements.
  • Handling SSS Claims and Reimbursement processes efficiently, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Attending to employees' requests, providing support with Philhealth-related documents, and coordinating the remittance of contributions.
  • Certifying SSS and PAG-Ibig loans, upholding financial integrity and responsibility.
  • Managing monthly government statutory remittances and reports, ensuring timely submissions and accurate data.
  • Fostering collaboration with finance teams to facilitate monthly reconciliation and reports submission, reinforcing trust and confidence.
  • Engaging in 201 maintenance and management, bolstering the company's organizational capabilities.
  • Participating in HR activities and engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee satisfaction.
