Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Facilities team, coordinate within ITD units, and with HQ Corporate Services Department (CSD) and field offices for planning, budgeting, and deployment of tasks and projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in the ICT infrastructure installations and standards of any ADB facility in HQ and Resident Missions.
  • Assist in the management of the Data Center particularly on the following areas:
  1. IT asset and inventory management;
  2. Commissioning and decommissioning of equipment;
  3. Floor space management;
  4. Environmental control and management;
  5. Physical security management;
  6. Cabling infrastructure management and capacity planning;
  7. Facilities and equipment maintenance.

You will also review and approve schedules and workload of the Data Center operators on their daily tasks and perform a periodical review of physical security records and Data Center incidents.
