**Job Title:** Data Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to join our team. This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data engineering systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of data pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and data lake architectures.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing data engineering systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on leadership and technical expertise.
  • Experience with data warehouse management, data lake architecture, and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
