Production Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Post-Production Department to ensure seamless execution of post-production jobs.

Job Description:
  • Schedule and coordinate post-production activities in collaboration with Team Leads, Post Producers, Audio Producers, and Project Managers.
  • Monitor and track production progress to ensure timely completion within agreed deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Book operators using our company's resourcing tool and encode production jobs using our work management tool.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production planning and scheduling in close liaison with Team Leads and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources to meet production demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with post producers, audio producers, project managers, and operators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
  • Three years' experience in bookings and job coordination in a production setup.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard scheduling tools.
  • Working knowledge of post-production processes such as video editing, motion graphics, VFX/CGI, and audio post engineering.
  • Awareness in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other post-production software such as Cinema 4D, Nuke, and Pro Tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
