,Main Responsibilities
  • Implementation of Compliance on Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs for assigned area.
  • Day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services.
  • Sales building initiatives through leadership support to Restaurant Manager.
  • Assessment of opportunities in operations and cost management.
  • Workforce management of assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring, and orientation.
  • Implementation of other store administrative activities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Food or Business Related course.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Flexible with working hours and shifts.
