Product Manager - Ecosystem Innovator

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive the development of impactful products that meet business needs.

The primary mission is to build innovative solutions that increase adoption, foster internal advocacy, and ensure our offerings meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and gain buy-in for our solutions
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives demonstrating clear business value
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials to drive adoption
  • Partner with the engineering team to ensure our technical solutions address real business needs
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the product development process
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and relationship building
  • Develop strategies to highlight product successes and customer wins
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations in business contexts
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms
  • Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics
