Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work closely with internal teams. As a key member, you will elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements, meet with clients to analyze and document their individual needs, and create high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements
  • Meet with clients to analyze and document their specific needs
  • Create comprehensive user stories of solution features and functions
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope and estimate delivery timeframes
  • Perform thorough testing of the product to ensure it matches the intended experience for users
  • Support the Product Owner/Manager and Developers as necessary
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies and processes
  • Assist with customer support processes and issue triage

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in agile teams
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business process mapping and data flow
  • Ability to document clear business, technical, and functional requirements
