Arcadis is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City, Philippines. This position is for the mid shift.

About the Role:

You will join our team of talent acquisition members who provide administrative and recruiting support to our global TA colleagues in Australia, North America, and the UK. The Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in assisting the Talent Acquisition Team by providing administrative tasks that empower TA Partners and Sourcing Partners to focus on meaningful interactions with Hiring Managers, Key stakeholders, and candidates.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Administer recruitment-related tasks, including candidate updates, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, and offer creation.
  • Monitor and respond to emails received into team mailboxes, managing queries from candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide seamless support, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity in recruitment systems and compliance with relevant policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, administrative support, or a related role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably experience with Oracle Recruit Cloud and EightFold.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tasks and data management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, terminology, and best practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
