Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Ambassador to play a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with social media influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for and recruit influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases our products and benefits.
  • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and reply to social media comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital ambassadorship and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes, including product management and order fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like affiliate networks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
