Job Role: HR Coordinator/Nurse

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator/Nurse. This is a key role within the HR department, responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and management alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries, provide information on HR policies and procedures, and assist with resolving workplace issues.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Assist with the preparation and submission of required HR reports and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Develop, manage, and implement Occupational Safety & Health programs, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and license to practice.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
