Senior Quality Assurance Strategist

This role leads the overall quality assurance efforts and drives testing strategies across multiple projects. The successful candidate will oversee team leadership, including assigning tasks and fostering collaboration among quality assurance members. They will be responsible for implementing testing processes, aligning testing goals with project objectives, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Review requirements and collaborate with delivery leads to contribute to user story acceptance criteria.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs, effectively communicating with the development team.
- Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Continuously track and improve quality assurance metrics.
- 5+ years of experience leading testing and quality assurance activities and a team.
- Experience in developing test plans and writing test cases.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in Salesforce implementation.
- Agile/scrum development practices.
- Automation testing tools.
