Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Lead to lead the quality assurance strategy across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket.
