We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to drive our quality assurance strategy across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Testing Strategies: Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices that ensure software quality and efficiency.
  • Drive Test Planning and Execution: Prioritize and execute both manual and automated testing to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop Automated Test Scripts: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain Testing Tools and Frameworks: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of automation frameworks, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Mentor QA Engineers: Foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence within the QA team by mentoring QA engineers and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • Proven expertise in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality and reliability.
