ERP Project Coordinator Job

This role involves supporting project planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects. It requires a detail-oriented individual to work closely with the project manager, serve as a secondary client contact, and ensure timely delivery within scope and high client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the project manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
