
Talent Acquisition Leader

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment team, including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering best practice and promoting the company brand at every interaction.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing team metrics to executive leadership, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations are met, including client-specific SLAs and compliance with process.
- Serving as an escalation point for issues that arise and identifying solutions that benefit both parties.
- Supporting recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting and headcount planning.
- Delivering performance optimization for all team members, setting KPIs, developing plans, and providing mentoring as required.
- Recruiting and inducting new staff, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
- Monitoring and achieving team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
- Performing managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing recruitment teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent acquisition strategy development and execution, attracting IT professionals in Latin America aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Pipeline development, creating and maintaining a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborative hiring process management, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive recruitment decisions.
- Market research and analysis, staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
- Able to interpret data from various sources and predict trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes, assisting local and US clients.
- Ability to interact directly with client hiring managers and recruiters.
