About the Role:

The Sales Admin Support Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers and internal staff to establish requirements for artwork. This includes ensuring all customers have artwork approvals for logos, producing, sending for approval, and saving artwork files, including pictures, to the shared files with codes.

  • This role involves designing artwork for mail chimp and social media platforms three times a week (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Purchasing products and supplies as directed by the manager, notifying the sales team if a product is on backorder and finding an alternative if required.
  • Maintaining good communication with all employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • At least 2 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Must have 2 years of working experience in contact centre sales and service.
  • Experience with Administrative roles.
Notes:
  • MYOB Advanced experience would be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree - nice to have only.
  • Candidate with freelance experience is welcome to apply.
  • AU experience is not required.
  • Social Media experience.
