About Your Responsibilities- You will own the resolution process for escalated or complex customer inquiries.
- You will respond to incoming communications from customers and conduct thorough research to provide accurate answers and resolve their issues.
- You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, either within BPO or non-BPO environments.
- You must be able to apply and explain your product knowledge effectively.
- You should have basic computer proficiency.
