Senior Product Marketing Manager, Software

Description

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. It involves leading product-level marketing and communications to grow market share and support revenue for software offerings.

The successful candidate will articulate the value proposition to target audiences and translate technology into marketing messages that influence analysts, customers, and partners.

Key responsibilities include collaborating across geographies with marketing, product management, sellers, and business partners to drive outcomes.

Metrics-driven mindset is essential, with experience using KPIs to optimize campaign performance, content engagement, and sales pipeline impact.

Required Skills
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams across diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise software products, including ownership of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience conducting market, competitive, and customer research to inform messaging, content strategy, and product direction.
  • Proficiency in creating high-impact content for the full funnel, including product demos, thought leadership, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, APIs, and cloud-native architectures to effectively market to developers and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions by serving as the voice of the market and customer within cross-functional teams.
