The Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Cebu team.

  • Process orders efficiently and ensure timely completion within standard operations and timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with company processes and policies in our satellite office.
  • Support the improvement of location-specific systems to align with organizational directives.
  • Oversee office services, ensuring facilities and administrative support are operational and secure.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Cebu team as needed.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in an Administrative role, preferably in Order Processing.
  • Strong business acumen, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of basic accounting concepts, excellent communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
