Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be utilized to identify key business problems and develop analytical solutions that align with our organization's objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field is also required. Previous experience working in the insurance industry is essential, with a preference for Insurtech or health insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and technical resources to analyze business needs and design effective solutions
  • Plan and implement complex business processes and system modifications to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and recommend strategic plans to improve and support business activities
  • Conduct thorough business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure seamless system integration
  • Create comprehensive test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify client requirements are accurately implemented
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is mandatory (Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred)
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in business analysis concepts and Agile methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
