Job Title: Learning Experience Developer

This role involves designing and developing learning experiences to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis of client requirements to identify target learner profiles, resource availability, and limitations.
  • Gather information from various sources, including subject matter experts, research institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop visually appealing templates for content, brainstorm design elements, and select the most effective design process.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to create engaging e-learning content, incorporating gamification and scenario-based learning techniques.
  • Administer functions of the Training Management System (TMS) and ensure that all content is peer-reviewed and approved internally.
Additional Tasks:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in all project stages, ensuring timely communication.
  • Document project activities, track utilization of materials, and secure project acceptance and closure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least four years of experience in instructional design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a training environment.
  • Strong knowledge of training needs analysis methods, procedures, and processes.
  • Ability to apply process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with software application programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is an asset.
