Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Medical Scribe to partner with physicians in delivering efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

Job Description:

The Virtual Medical Scribe will collaborate with physicians to gather information for patient visits, update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with accurate and timely patient information, provide administrative support to physicians, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a medical-related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant or similar role
  • Live scribing experience required
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, such as Epic and Cerner, and medical terminology
  • Knowledge of US healthcare private insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare
  • Reliable high-speed internet and updated computer/laptop equipment
