Job Overview

The KOL Outreach Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across various markets. This role is crucial to expanding our global presence and fostering trusted partnerships within the Web3, crypto, and broader digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to research, identify, and prioritize KOLs, influencers, and creators aligned with our brand and values.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities.
  • This role requires coordination and tracking of influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Maintaining a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications is essential.
  • Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities is also required.
  • A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously will thrive in this position.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective APIs is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are required to measure campaign success.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
