Job Title:

We are seeking a Fund Accounting Director to lead our team of accounting professionals.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the fund accounting department.

The role manages a team of accounting professionals, oversees complex client relationships, and ensures delivery of high-quality accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals
  • Drive operational performance and quality standards
  • Build and manage cluster and client relationships and service delivery
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Direct implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Establish and monitor team performance metrics
  • Champion technology adoption and process optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with at least 1-2 years leadership experience
