Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Priority for candidates living nearby)

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will take charge of multiple stores, drive operational excellence, and elevate performance across the business. The right candidate will have a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) background, strong business acumen, and the passion to lead people toward success.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs in:
  • Sales growth
  • Food cost & inventory control
  • Labor cost management
  • Operational efficiency
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Health, safety & sanitation compliance
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers and store teams
  • Analyze financial & operational reports to make data-driven decisions
  • Enforce company standards & streamline best practices across all branches
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing for alignment on goals
  • Conduct regular store visits for monitoring, coaching, and audits

What We're Looking For

  • Solid Operations Manager experience in the food industry
  • Hands-on leadership as a Senior Area Manager (multi-branch experience required)
  • QSR background strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making ability
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel frequently for store visits
  • Preferred: Residing near Ortigas, Pasig City
