Industry-Leading Product Experience Designer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for crafting industry-leading user experiences — from concept to execution.
You will work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use. You will take ownership of crafting the experience of multiple products for our merchants – thinking about the entire customer journey and every interaction whether it's on- or off-screen.
Your expertise in user-centered design methods will drive the future vision for specific product features or domains, ensuring the overall experience is holistic and cohesive, and deliver on incremental steps to help the team reach key business objectives.
You will deeply understand the users – advocate for users within the broader team, using insights from user research, data reports, benchmarking studies and other sources.
Deliver polished, intuitive and accessible user experiences – balance ideal experience, brand/design language, technical constraints, business priorities and risk factors.
Work closely with stakeholders – collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities and influence the product experience with UX and design solutions.
Manage design assets – ensure design artefacts (journey maps, prototypes, final UI designs) align with the app and help develop patterns, styles, guidelines and best practices.
Contribute to raising Maya's design standards – participate in learning new skills, giving feedback, and assisting on challenging problems.
