About the role

GMD PRO' is seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As an Industrial Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and design innovative products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into tangible prototypes and finished product
  3. Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models to communicate design concepts
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices in industrial design
  5. Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to production
  6. Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision of the company

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related field
  2. 1 year of experience in industrial design, preferably in a similar role
  3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  6. Passion for creating innovative and user-centric designs
  7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
