Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wellness Coach to join our team. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group coaching sessions onsite, focusing on mental health, emotional well-being, and stress management.

You will create a safe and supportive environment to help employees build resilience, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall mental wellness.

Your duties will also include maintaining accurate and confidential documentation by submitting coaching trackers and session reports at the end of each month.

You must actively participate in required mental health trainings, team meetings, and emergency support sessions as requested by the designated Point of Contact (POC).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Wellness Coach, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Counselor with a minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience.
  • Proven experience in both counseling and coaching individuals or groups.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, which may change every few months or quarterly based on client needs.
