Direct Response Creative Strategist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing Meta ad campaigns across multiple products and customer avatars.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct response marketing, with expertise in video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology. You will work closely with our UGC creators and content sourcing platforms to source fresh and engaging content for our ads.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Writing direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conducting market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Creating ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic
  • Source content from UGC creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces
  • Analyzing performance and iterating on ad creative to improve conversions

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years experience in a direct response or performance creative role (e-commerce brand, agency, or affiliate)
  • Deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting ability — especially for Meta video ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
  • Experience working with UGC creators and content sourcing platforms
