Job Role: Senior Creative Strategist

You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and concepts that drive results. This involves creating compelling angles, hooks, and visual ideas that resonate with the product's core value proposition.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze performance data, refine ideas, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing creative marketing strategies and concepts that drive engagement and conversion
  • Crafting compelling narratives and visuals that speak to the product's unique selling points
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring vision to life and ensure seamless execution
  • Analyzing performance data to inform future marketing initiatives and optimize ROI
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Ecom Ads
  • Strong creative thinking with a performance-first mindset and ability to balance art and science
  • Experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively pitch ideas and explain the 'why' behind your direction
  • A clear understanding of online buying behavior and the psychology of consumer decision-making

This is a remote role that offers flexibility and autonomy. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and contribute to high-profile projects.

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours as decided by the client
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
