Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about modernizing processes and tackling complex challenges. Key responsibilities include fostering inter-departmental collaboration, developing low-code web and mobile applications, streamlining manual or repetitive tasks, integrating applications through APIs to automate processes, and creating automated reporting solutions.

  • Challenge the status quo and encourage team members and partners in the business unit to think 'outside of the box'.
  • Manage third-party applications, including third-level support, maintenance, and vendor relationships as required.
  • Triage and manage needs to custom applications, provide rapid response to issues that need same-day response.
  • Engage and respond to third parties to ensure they deliver to our needs.
