A challenging role has become available for a seasoned Technical Solutions Engineer with a passion for designing and architecting innovative IT solutions.

About the Job

This remote position requires collaboration with the sales team to provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proposing customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and propose technical solutions that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client business objectives and priorities.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
  • Cloud experience with one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
