About the Role

This position involves leading test automation efforts using a custom-built framework that combines C# backend testing with Playwright UI automation. You'll work on complex ERP solutions for the public sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated test strategies that ensure scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Maintain Custom Test Automation Frameworks: Develop data management strategies using database manipulation, ensuring seamless integration with our comprehensive ERP platform.
  • Mentor Team Members: Share your expertise and best practices with fellow engineers, driving innovation and growth within our team.
  • Cross-Browser Testing: Collaborate with our QA team to ensure our solutions are compatible across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Develop and Execute Overall Automation Strategy: Drive the design and implementation of test automation architecture using Page Object Model (POM) or similar design patterns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Team City, Mercurial/Git, and GitHub.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A strong foundation in computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
  • 6+ Years of Experience in Test Automation: Proven track record of designing and implementing automated test frameworks for complex ERP systems or similar enterprise-level software.
  • Experience with C# and TypeScript Code Generation Workflows: Proficiency in developing data management strategies using direct database manipulation.
  • Strong Programming Skills: Ability to write modular, maintainable code in languages such as C#, Java, or TypeScript.
